We love bragging about you. That's why we've started an interview series where we feature some of our biggest fans. We want everyone to get a peek at the amazing work they're doing and be inspired, because they're seriously some of the coolest people we've ever met.
Today we're bragging about Lesley (@lulubellestitching).
A lot of people ask me what they can do with their finished embroidery. If they've got mad crafting skills, I generally tell them they can turn it into a zippered pouch, the front of a tote bag, or the back of a hip jacket. If they're sentimental, they could have it framed. If they're a whiz with the sewing machine, it could be the start of a quilt or a pillowcase.
But if they're none of those things (like me), then I tell them to make a gallery wall.
Sometimes I get a bit tired sharing all of MY pictures on Instagram so I thought it would be fun to start sharing some of yours. Maybe it's a picture of you stitching with your cat, or holding up the finished piece, or bragging about how pretty the back of your embroidery is. (Yeah, I'm talking about you, Shannon.) Whatever your photo is, so long as it has one of my kits in it, I'd love to see it because I'm having a monthly Instagram contest!
Each month more and more people are joining the club and that means each month I get to see more of your embroidery projects on Instagram. I absolutely love that part of my job. I thought I'd share a little peek at what club members have been sharing these past few months with me.
If you haven't joined the club yet and would like to get a fun embroidery design in the mail each month, you can join HERE.
